The panel includes the following 7 tests:
CD3+ (Mature T Cells): Percentage and absolute count of total T lymphocytes
CD4+ (Helper T Cells): Percentage and absolute count of T helper cells that coordinate immune responses
CD8+ (Suppressor/Cytotoxic T Cells): Percentage and absolute count of cells that target infected or abnormal cells
CD19+ (B Cells): Percentage and absolute count of antibody-producing B lymphocytes
CD16+/CD56+ (Natural Killer Cells): Percentage and absolute count of NK cells involved in innate immune defense
CD4/CD8 Ratio: Evaluates balance between helper and cytotoxic T cells
